• The processing of your personal data is the responsibility of Bilbao Exhibition Centre, S.A. (“BEC”), with registered address with registered office at Ronda de Azkue 1, 48902 Ansio-Barakaldo.
• The purposes of the treatment of your data are (i) management and control of the records and the contractual relationship that has been generated with you as a result of your participation at World Maritime Week; and (ii) inform you about future events that are related to the sector, which may be of interest to you. The personal data provided will be stored by BEC until the end of World Maritime Week, or until you exercise your right to object to the data being stored for the intended purpose (ii). From this moment, BEC shall preserve your data for six years or during the term in which the scope of their responsibilities prescribe, if the latter deadline were superior to the former term.
• The legitimacy cause for the processing of your data is for the intended purpose of (i) creating the legal relationship between the parties, and (ii) in the BEC’s legitimate interest, knowing the diffusion of the events that take place in BEC, related to the sector, that might be of interest of the receiver.
• BEC shall not share your information with third parties, unless legally required to do so.
• You are entitled to access, change or cancel your data, oppose its processing, revoke your prior consent (for example, to stop receiving commercial information) or request the limitation of the processing or transfer of your data. You may send any written requests to exercise the aforementioned rights accrediting your identity, to [email protected]  or via a letter addressed to the registered address of BEC (A/A Data Protection).
• Besides, in each communication that BEC sends, you will be offered, in a simple and clear way the possibility of exercising this right of opposition.
• Likewise, you also have the right to present a claim against the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Control Authority in the field of data protection). Find further information at www.agpd.es.
• If data related to third parties is provided by the user during the relationship with BEC (e.g. details of partners or employees), the user declared and guarantees that these third parties have been duly informed of this notice and, where appropriate, their consent has been requested, without BEC having carry out any additional action in this respect.
