The World Maritime Week Awards recognize companies, institutions, and professionals who are making a meaningful impact in the maritime industry. In its second edition, the awards were organized into four categories aligned with the core areas of World Maritime Week: shipbuilding, the fishing industry, the port industry, and marine renewable energies.

The awards ceremony took place on March 19, 2025, at Torre BEC Restaurant, bringing the day to a close. The event featured a cocktail reception with live music, attended by leading figures from across the sea.

At World Maritime Week, we strongly believe in the importance of recognising the achievements of the players who drive the maritime sector forward. Honouring the hard work, effort and commitment of maritime industry professionals should always be a reason to celebrate!

That is why we are proudly launching the 2nd edition of the World Maritime Week Awards, which is a special opportunity to aknowledge and reward actors who contribute to the continuous improvement of the industry.

The event willl be held on March 19, 2025 at 18.15 at Torre BEC Restaurant; where attendees will enjoy an exclusive cocktail reception and live music while networking with professionals who value transparency, competitiveness, transformation and innovation within the maritime sector.

Awards will be presented in 4 categories, each linked to the maritime world in one way or another, united by the common thread of the sea.
